Like the other premium sea salts from Pepper-Passion, this one presents a very mild, complex flavor. The crystals are quite large, and I have been
considering getting a mill for it. However, the crystals add a wonderful light crunch to your dish when used as a finishing/table salt, and the color
is beautiful. We have served table salt at our house for many, many years as coarse crystals from a small bowl - none look as colorful as these -

I found this salt at the Bellevue Arts and Crafts Fair a couple of years ago and I have been using it only on special occasions - I'm so glad to see I
can order more. This gives an incredible flavor to meats and vegetables. Every time I cook with it, I get rave reveiws!
