This one will spoil you for anything else out there if you are in it for the heat. Not crazy hot, but absolutely perfect, with layers and layers of
deep smoke and roasted meat complexities. Remarkable length and staying power on the palate. I will always have the Madagasgar around for
starches, fish & veggies, but this is the King for roasted meats, especially from the grill. And you can't touch it if you like black pepper on
your popcorn either!

Caution, don't use this pepper unless you're prepared to do whatever it takes to replenish your supply. Once you try Talamanca Black Peppercorns you
won't settle for anything else. In a word, awesome!
