Pepper Junkie Pepper-Steak

This is a simple recipe anyone can make and may be used on any cut of meat for grilling that will explode with flavor. This recipe may be too hot for some people but true pepper lovers will appreciate it. One batch should be sufficient for two large steaks.
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup of your favorite Peppercorn
1 stick of Butter
1 tsp (or to taste) of your favorite sea-salt.
Two large steaks
Preparation:
Clarify the stick of butter and add the salt. The butter is clarified by heating the butter in a sauce pan until it boils and begin to caramelize. Add salt. Remove the heat and strain through a strainer into any convenient container. Allow to cool until semi-liquid.
Lay out a large sheet of butcher paper (or wax paper) and empty the tube of peppercorns onto this. Coat the steaks on all side with the clarified butter mix and then place on to the butcher paper, rolling the steak over and over until completely coated with peppercorns on all sides. You may use the paper to press the pepper tightly onto the steaks.
Grill to taste on the BBQ. If handled carefully most of the peppercorns will stay on the steaks while cooking and will be extremely flavorful. Enjoy!
