Pappardelle with Pecorino and Black Pepper

Ingredients:

1 Cup Unsalted Butter
1-1/2 Cup grated Pecorino Cheese
3 Tbsp coarsely ground Black Pepper
1/4 Cup chopped fresh Parsley
12 oz. Pappardelle Noodles

Preparation:

Cook pappardelle to al dente.

Meanwhile, cut butter into pieces and melt until bubbly in a large saute pan over medium heat
Add cooked and drained pasta, toss to coat.
Sprinkle with cheese, parsley and fresh ground black pepper and toss again.
Molto benne cosi!
